There are distinct phases and skills to increasing true team performance, which are very different skills from the traditional models that reinforce and reward individual performance.

Our Team Development Program targets the following objectives:

Phase One: Chartering an Effective Team Start-Up Get everyone aligned and moving toward a common direction, with clearly defined and communicated roles and responsibilities.

Phase Two – Productive Team Work Sessions Create a common language and toolkit for effective “meeting behaviors” to produce output in team sessions, and avoid the pitfalls of aimless, rambling, ineffective meetings.

Phase Three – Accelerating Long-Term Performance Instill new habits, and build team facilitation expertise quickly requires coaching team leaders on how to manage team performance and process at each phase. A combination of classroom training, tools and models, plus on-the-job learning and coaching is the most effective way to accelerate a team results. This is ideally managed internally by the organization.
